HIGH GRANDThe Autobots withdrew to High Grand in the Rocky Mountains, following the destruction of their starship, the Arclight. The area was once an active military base but it has long-since been abandoned. The terrain is open and undulating, concealing scattered Energon deposits which have attracted Terrorcons.
The Autobot Command Center sits within the mountains of High Grand. It is a former missile silo, which the Autobots converted using their advanced technology. This includes a GroundBridge through which they can travel to battle zones, and the Hangars from where Autobot commanders lead their warriors.
The majority of the Autobot ship fell in Central City, on the East Coast of the United States. The Decepticons used this to their advantage, quickly evicting the populace and establishing the city as their base. The terrain is enclosed and angular, and littered with Energon deposits. The commotion has attracted Terrorcons to the area.
The Leviathan is Switchblade's starship, which he used to destroy the Autobot vessel, Arclight, when it arrived in Earth's orbit. Hovering menacingly above the remains of Central City, the Leviathan is now the Decepticon command hub. Its main deck houses a GroundBridge for deploying to battlefronts, and the Hangars from which Decepticon commanders lead their troops.
A warehouse district on the West Coast of the United States, Angelino District sits in the shadows of overpasses and downtown skyscrapers. Meteors have fallen in the area, smashing its wide roads and sending the nearby power plant into meltdown. Consequently, the bisecting storm drain has become an effective means of navigating the area.
A new-build casino city in the Southwestern United States, New Mesa was still under construction when the war arrived. Now unfinished skyscrapers and lonely tower cranes do their best to stand strong against frequent meteor showers, and the guerrilla warfare that occupies the city's thoroughfares and plazas.
Drummond Gorge is a hydroelectric power station and wind farm in the Central United States. It served several major cities, but is now operated remotely to maintain power to key areas of human populace. Meteor showers and the escalating conflict now threaten the plant's operations, as Autobots and Decepticons battle across its hilly terrain.
Located in the Central United States, Old Jasper was once a ghost town on the tourist trail. Arclight wreckage fell in the area, gouging out vast chunks of earth and permanently scarring the landscape. Now the only things living here are Autobots and Decepticons, as they battle to secure this open and accessible position.
Santa Vega is an evacuated Cuban coastal town adjacent to a once-thriving seaport. An old colonial fort stands testament to the town's turbulent past, and now, its turbulent future. The narrow, ornate streets are frequently shaken by Autobots and Decepticons attempting to secure this strategically-vital location.
Akota Reservoir is a former radar station in the Rocky Mountains. Extreme weather conditions are commonplace, and led to the evacuation of the facility even before the conflict began. Both factions vied to secure it as a base, due to the vast Energon deposits beneath the mountains. But they failed to overcome the fierce Terrorcon presence which now inhabits its open spaces.
Stillwater Wharf is a cargo dock on the edge of Central City. It was heavily damaged in the Arclight crash when many of the ship's fuel cells landed there, leaking Energon deep underground. Both factions attempted to hold it as a base, but were forced to flee due to the intense Terrorcon threat that roves the city streets.
